Chinle Nursing Home Phase I construction is well underway with constant activity on site! Site earthwork, building structural foundations, and rough-in plumbing at grade are currently in progress. Primary building structural framing is scheduled for early February, 2018. Site utility connections are underway, with coordination with regulatory agencies as well. Construction commenced in August 2017 and is due for substantial completion November 2018, with Owner occupancy in December, 2018 – January 2019.
Phase II of construction will include demolition of the existing nursing home facility and construction of the site parking and site improvements, which will be completed May 2019.
