Construction for the addition and renovation of the Hopi Healthcare Facility is a little less than 10% complete. For the new addition, contractors have the excavation of the crawlspace completed, footing excavations are currently underway with about 10% of footings poured, and stem walls at the mechanical room and exterior walls are being formed. Interior spaces are demolished for Phase 1a and 1b which includes the front Lobby area for the new Registration Department and at Outpatient Clinic for new Exam Rooms and Nurse Stations.
Next on the agenda will be the installation of new walls to include plumbing and electrical rough-in at interior renovation. Exterior work will continue forming and placing concrete for footings and stemwalls for the expansion.
Brycon’s Albuquerque office is managing the construction for this project and Goodmans is providing all of the modular healthcare casework along with the furniture package.
Completion of the project is scheduled for April 2025.
