The project is a renovation of existing spaces within Ted Chavez Hall located at the CNM main campus. Various existing spaces have been designed to provide a large open office area to accommodate staff of various programs. The existing space was designed to maximize the quantity of new workstations. A new central conference room provides separation of workstations from a new teacher kitchenette and work room. Upgrades include new finishes, electrical and data upgrades and light fixture upgrades.
