Though I am not an architect at DMA, I embrace the traditions in my life and reflect them in my everyday routine. I believe we should cherish the time we have with family and treat the people around us with respect and kindness. This in turn makes us happier. I also believe in enjoying your work and the place you work for. I enjoy the feeling of getting up in the morning, excited to go to work. The DMA team makes me feel this way.

Working for a Native architectural firm is a new and exciting industry, one full of learning opportunities. I recently learned that a design on the floor, or even a light fixture, can have a significant meaning. Now when I walk in to a building, I wonder why the architect designed it that way, and what the story is behind their decision.
