The 9-12 Student Living and Learning Center was completed as the second phase of the Rough Rock campus development. This phase also included site improvements and a new loop road at the elementary school campus.

Similar in design to the 1-8 Student Living and Learning Center completed in phase 1, the 9-12 Student Living and Learning Center contains 52 rooms, study and recreational spaces, including a central community gathering space. The design also includes counseling and administrative offices, isolation rooms, storage and ancillary spaces.

This facility is LEED Gold certified.
